Account Information. When you register, we collect your email address, name, and authentication credentials.
User Content. We collect the text, prompts, voice samples, and images you upload or input into the Service to generate cinematic testimonies.
Payment Data. If you purchase a subscription or credits, our third-party payment processor (Stripe) collects your billing information. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
Usage and Analytics Data. We automatically collect data about your interactions with the Service, including IP addresses, browser types, page views, and generation metrics using tools like PostHog.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Service Delivery. To generate your requested cinematic videos, clone voice samples, and manage your account.
Improvements. To analyze usage trends and improve our AI prompt engineering and user interface.
Communication. To send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages.

3. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with trusted third-party service providers needed to operate the Service:

AI Compute Partners: We transmit your prompts, images, and voice samples to our AI generation partners (e.g., Fal.ai) solely for the purpose of processing your specific generation requests.
Infrastructure: Database hosting and authentication via Supabase, and application hosting via Google Cloud.
Analytics & Payments: Product analytics via PostHog and payment processing via Stripe.

4. VOICE CLONING AND GENERATIVE AI

If you use our voice cloning features, your voice sample is processed strictly to create a temporary vocal model to narrate your testimony. We do not use your personal voice samples or written testimonies to train foundational AI models.

5. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

We store your data for as long as your account is active. You may request the deletion of your account and associated data (including generated videos and voice samples) at any time through your Profile settings or by emailing us.
